Dr. Martin Mulert studied law in Freiburg in Bavaria, Göttigen and Edinburgh. From 1989 to 1991 he was an academic assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg. From 1991 to 1992 Dr. Mulvert did a postgraduate degree in European Law at the University of Edinburgh. From 1994 to 1996 he was an academic assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign Private and Private International Law in Hamburg. In 1995 he did a doctorate with Prof. Meinhard Hilf on a topic of European law. Prior to being appointed as junior notary in 1997, Dr. Mulert worked as a lawyer in the Hamburg office of an international law firm. He has been a partner of the Notariat am Gänsemarkt since 2000. Dr. Mulert speaks English, Spanish, French and Russian. |
